CEREZO OSAKA FC and Petaling Jaya Rangers FC are proud to present the “ASEAN Dreams Come True” project for kids aspiring to be professional football players in their future.
There will be three (3) open tryouts for boys aged 12-14 years old in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam in June 2018 for selection into the ASEAN dream team, who will be selected for a Japan tour to be held in Osaka from August 12th to 19th (tour dates subject to change but early notification will be given).
During the tour, selected players will taken to J-Green Sakai facility for training, play a friendly match and sightseeing in Osaka.
All expenses associated with the trip will be covered by Cerezo Osaka and Petaling Jaya Rangers including airfare, meals and accommodation.
Petaling Jaya Rangers Football Club or PJ Rangers is a professional football club based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor that currently competes in Malaysia FAM League. The club was kick-started by Tony Fernandes, the CEO of Air Asia in 2011.
Could this football exchange between Cerezo Osaka and PJ Rangers open up for future development in business and tourism opportunities between Osaka, Japan and Malaysia?
